SO MUCH GOOD FOOD AND SO MANY RULES BROKEN!
GOING AGAINST YOUR HEAD IS HARD BUT SO VERY WORTH IT!
I had fish for breakfast! Tried more Eat Natural Bars, made a rather yum wrap for lunch, had the most amazinggggg yoghurt o m g! We went for a walk and I found an awesome house! A coffee swiss roll because I am on a recovery roll, a roast dinner (obviously) and a Millionaire's Tart for dessert w o w it was divine! THEN a CHOCOCCINO (?!) MUFFIN which was so different but super yummy!
IT IS SO FUN CHALLENGING YOUR EATING DISORDER!
