My Mom used to put that combo in my lunchbox as a child. I still enjoy it today. Also cottage cheese and pineapple 😊

a delicious and healthy meal and I did not even eat it. I am not a fan of onions but love fermented food. I need to give the fermented onions a try one day.

New sub here. This was a really lovely video and encouraging to see your helpful meals; its given me lots of ideas as to how to structure my eating and improve my gut health too. Also loved how you incorporate different textures into your meals too. Do you focus on protein at all meals? Have you ever tried making a home made gluten free bread? Ive found a recipe which uses almond flour & yoghurt to make gluten free bagels so am hoping it will turn out great. Would you say this is a paleo diet your following now? Would love more videos like this and good luck with your gut healing journey xx

microwaves will do more damage to your gut as well as using olive oil to high temp cook. I like your voice and your background, I don't think you are qualified enough to be recommending healthy gut/no bloat just yet. Do more research for yourself and the others. You by all means can delete this comment and learn. I am not trying to bash you, but encourage you to do better.
