I have questions....what spices did you put in your eggs? What is the significance of getting in such a high protein diet? Do you talk about it in another video I may have missed? I'll check your cookbook to see if you have the spices in there.,I know you've mentioned you need high protein for working out... but why?

Protein helps your muscles recover after working them hard. Protein is also filling and I’m sure other important factors.

For the eggs I used Kinders parmesan garlic! I switch it up every time but find cheesy seasonings are always my fave for eggs! And yes I make protein a focus bc it helps your muscles recover/repair after a workout and can also help with soreness! It’s also more filling but important to have more fiber with a higher protein diet bc it helps you digest all that protein 😊

@@NikkiGetsFit Thank you so much, Nikki, for getting back to me. I also wondered if you have ever done a video on just the spices and herbs you use and where you find them. I get so confused with sauces, dressings, spices and additions for flavor that I just get overwhelmed at the store and just use salt, pepper and a garlic and possibly soy sauce. But I do like Slap Your Mama! I have incorporated so many of your food suggestions into my rotation. However, I am still hung up on spices and sauces. If you have any time to make a video concentrating on what you use for sauces and on what dishes and how to know which spices to use, I wondered if others may also like to have something about it as well?

Nikki your legs are looking great! A bit smaller but I see definition in your calves. Fat weighs the same as muscle but muscle takes up less space ☺️. You’re doing great

I usually have such a hard time eating right when I wake up so it takes a couple hours but by the time I make breakfast, I am HUNGRY! lol especially after a leg day! But I just make a filling breakfast and if I’m still feeling hungry then I have a protein coffee too

Do you base all of your cookies with a knife instead of flooding them with a bag? (I’ve never seen someone use that method so just curious! I’m a baker too ;) )

When I first started I would flood with bottles! Then I started outlining and spreading the icing with a knife and realized I didn’t even need the outline lol it’s so much faster and I feel I have more control over how much icing I use!
