Next time you guys are in LA you should do the hike to the hollywood sign where you actually go to the sign, rather than just looking at it! You can't actually touch it but you can go right behind it. Obviously less good for a picture but then you can say you actually went to it!!!

Just got to try By Chloe in London and omg, it was so good! I had the butternut squash mac'n'cheese which was incredible and a side of asparagus with tahini vinaigrette, still dreaming of it :) love your t-shirt Maddie!

Maddie, I find it really hard not to compare my food intake to everyone else’s because I eat more than my friends and family. Do you have any advice on how to stop and learn to not feel guilty over it? Also how many servings of food/veg should I be consuming a day? Is 10 servings too much and 5 too little?

Laura Papp you shouldn’t feel bad about eating the right amount of food for you ! you only need to think about YOUR food and body & it just takes time to get over! also 5 sounds great to me and 10 isn’t too much, honestly i probably eat 10 servings every day and i’ve never felt better!! plants are the best foods on the planet for your body! as long as you eat a variety it’s all good!

i think the issue with being vegan anywhere is that regardless of how many vegan restaurants there are around you, ones like By Chloe and donut friend and any trendy place in LA is suuuuper expensive, and eating out in general is expensive, which sucks for people who don’t like cooking .. i wouldn’t say it’s an excuse but just remember most people can’t afford to eat out too often!

Madeleine Mironuk it's not just restaurants though! Grocery stores are abundant and full of the most amount of vegan options I've ever seen! And I didn't think by chloe or donut friend were that expensive! Some restaurants definitely are though. But every single grocery store has fruits, veggies, and veggies whole grains. I wouldn't recommend eating out in a daily basis anyways! But my point was, anything you could possibly crave that is non vegan, you can go out and get a vegan version of it 👍🏼

seriously people in LA are so lucky like its insane. In Sweden even in the capital city Stockholm there are not nearly as many or fun vegan foods or places to eat out in. I went to Berlin which is the vegan hotspot in Europe and holy shit, vegan options in almost every cafe and restaurant, hundreds of fully vegan places to eat out in ( my fave was an authentic Italian place FULLY VEGAN ! and also in Berlin there are three completely vegan supermarkets, i finally tried coconut bliss and many more things that are not available all over Europe only in the ​US) i really do not understand how people in such big cities can struggle
