Me watching this as I dig into my lunch (/second breakfast?!) of a BLT sandwich desperately trying to make up my protein & calories after working out. Felt appropriate. Really liked this video Daniel!

Nice! You killed that kettlebell workout! I've been doing a lot of the same stuff. Wake up at 7am, first meal is always eggs + egg whites + toast or grits; chicken, rice, veggies around 1:30 pre-workout, and fattier protein around dinner like salmon, steak, and sausage + rice ofc. Sounds boring to some people but I think it just simplifies my life so much right now. I used to sometimes skip meals because I was too indecisive on what to eat, but having a meal plan every day just makes it so much easier. Being in at home has made me the most awake, focused, healthy, studious person I've ever been. Keep up the good work man! P.S. Where is that grey quarterzip in the opening from?

Thank you for the video Daniel, perfect timing too. I’m happy to see that many of your meals are similar to what I eat. I’m going to try the chia seeds since a lot of people I know recommend it. Love these types of videos! Hope you'll do more. How do you drink 4L of water a day though? What prevents me from persistently drinking a lot of water is how frequently it makes me need to use the bathroom, which is such an inconvenience.

You have to hidrate the chia seeds. In stead, let them with the oatmeal the night before. 🤘

lowkey if ur trying to have less kcals you could even switch the peanut butter for some PB2 peanut powder butter for some more volume. PB2 is only 60 kcals per 2 tablespoons compared to the 100 kcals of peanut butter. Great vid tho, keep that shiz up!!

This is just one of the days. I do 3 kettlebell workouts per week and then one chest/back and one shoulders/arms. Tbh it’s all a bit meh due to home workouts

I know the struggle, its better to keep your meals "plain" while cutting because studies show that the more flavorful meals make you eat about 50% more so during the cutting period, plain, predictable and easy to track meals are the best.

About the pasta: would drizzling some olive oil be too much fat? Cuz I think that would enhance the flavor a bit. The way you said you eat for fuel made me think "yeah....I think he's telling us because it may not taste the best" haha

mm from experience, the essential part is tracking, using oils and other “hidden calories” is what sets people apart so if you take it into consideration then it shouldn’t be to bad. also just take note of the other factors aside from just fat, the vitamins and nutrients along side olive oil

I just put it on the scales first, zero it out and add the sauce, put the item back on the scale and it will give you a negative number and that’s how much you used :)

how do you do that with the last meal? my foodtracker tells me that 160g of penne already have about 580kcal and your whole meal only hast 600.... is this pasta a special type or anything else?
