Just found your channel today. I love your energy and your easy meal prep ideas. I really like how you keep it simple. You prep your protein and veggies or starches and store them in one container. Hi! I’m a new subscriber here😊 I have been loving your content it has been SUPER helpful. I am beginning to focus more on becoming a stronger me and losing probably weight. I enjoy doing low impact workouts that are easy on joints, walking & strength training. However, I’ve always struggled with portion control and know what to eat day to day to lose weight, benefit energy but also feel full. I literally love all foods, can have a big sweet tooth depending on the day, love coffee and green tea, and hate to feel hungry. I am not a huge coffee drinker but when I do, hot or cold, it depends on my mood, regardless of the weather. I like mixing my food together. Separate on the plate but I mix it up while eating.

Love these videos. The Biltmore in North Carolina has a winery and they pair the wine with these amazing dips. Pops the flavor of the wine. Anyways, the whole food mixing thing reminded me of that. 😂

I love that people are becoming more and more aware of the negative side effects of caffeine and coffee. I feel like drinking coffee started off as a trendy thing and cause people don't like eating food in the morning or don't have time and now it's turned into people being legit addicted to coffee. I used to drink 2 starbucks bottled frappucinos every day for years. Legit could not see the day where I didn't drink coffee cause I felt like I needed it. Thank god I had bouts of awful migraines that made it impossible for me to continue drinking coffee or sugary drinks. I have never felt, slept, looked or managed my anxiety better than I have since being off coffee. Your body should not go through withdrawls from something that is good for you.

Hey I love this video and will try some of it out as 11 months postpartum and can't loose the last 7 lbs. would love the maintenance plan as well. I quit coffee awhile ago and felt a positive difference but then got back on postpartum. This gave me some motivation to try and quit again. Thanks for the ideas!

I am really curious to understand how too much caffiene affects us negatively, I know you listed 2 or so reasons but can you tell me more? I recently started half-calf ( was skeptical at first bc I thought it would taste diff, and not be as delicious as reg caff) but I was wrong and I feel less… irritated and angry is the best way I can explain it!! So would love to hear more on what else it affects negatively! Thanks babe! ❤

Do you snack in between the meals - ex fresh veggies or fruit? Or is what you showed all of the food for the day? I am thinking I snack too much even if it’s on healthy things

This is my exact day, so everything shown. That said, my meal plans all say veggies can always be added as you want. Fruits on the other hand can contain a lot of sugar, watch out on too much there.

I personally do strength training w/ weights in my MOVE app, then do steady state cardio (mostly walking) up hill. I like throwing in a HIIT or heavy cardio workout from time to time as well, but that's my go to.

How do you eat so much dairy with Hashimotos? I thought that was a food like gluten, that everyone is suppose to avoid?

I only had a small amount of dairy in the smoothie bowl and the desert, nothing I'm overly concerned with. I do generally eat gluten/dairy free, but I don't completely cut it out. I also have hypo not hashi, although similar, but different :)

I have your hot body meal plan but I’m afraid to use it haha because it is a lot of food but I want you to trust the process. How do I know if the meal plan is right for the workouts that I do? I’m not sure my workouts are intense enough to justify the amount of food in the plan to lose weight. I switch up my workouts so I don’t get bored, right now I’m doing Pilates. And I like both hot and iced coffee, hot in the winter and iced in the summer 😊😋
