Hey Svetlana I just made this delicious dish for lunch and was yummy. I think it's more of a Georgian / Caucasian dish than Russian, as those regions eat more eggplant dishes. The kasha was a good side dish indeed . Bought the spices in our local Russian supermarket.

It has everything to offer, rivers, hiking, abundant nature, beaches, warm people, great food, most of all is affordable.. never been to Egypt or Turkey not interested in sun, sun, sun.. I think Russians should step back and see what a beautiful magnificent country they live in. BTW I've visited a few other cities besides Sochi even in winter months.

Good food, doesn't last long, in the fridge, and takes a while to prepare = MEANING = you and i , ARE WHAT WE EAT......garbage in......weak, tired, sickly and obese people COME FORTH.....please Mr Clarke, do not consume any ' processed foods '' mostly sodium, nitrites, nitrates,...other garbage. colon cancer, and stomach/bowel problems, diabetes will result.
