I make unstuffed cabbage soup in the instant pot. I grew up with stuffed cabbage and our family and it always had rice but I substitute cauliflower rice. You should try adding the cauliflower rice to what you make. My soup is more of a sweet and sour. Delish thank you for sharing

I'm from Atlantic Canada, I grew up with snow all the time in the winter. It was interesting for me, to see you all experiencing snow for the first time. ♥♥ We have snow, definitely more than what you got, but what we currently have is actually less than normal for us.

Sammy that looks delicious! I love cabbage too. I love to buy the package of precooked carnitas. I chop them up and I cook some sliced onions then add the carnitas and brown real well, then I add in some minced garlic cook a few minutes then I add the cabbage that I chopped up and soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt n paper. It’s so good!

Living in Alberta Canada and we have snow from Nov/Dec till March/April. This weekend the temp is supposed to go down to -29 degrees C /-20 degrees F. We will hunker down and I think I will make this unstuffed cabbage roll in my crockpot too!
