It's a very very popular vegetarian street/fast food in India, especially in the city of Mumbai (where it was first created). The way its made is by mashing the vegetable curry into a rough dip-like consistency, it also enhances the curry's taste. It is eaten with buns, could be eaten with slice bread too, but bread buns are preffered. The bun is buttered (you can avoid this if you are vegan), then served with the curry.

Cute musubi. Kinds thin cut of nori tho. When I make it the nori usually covers almost the entire rectangle. The spam cut has to be proportionate to the amount of rice. I treat it like a science almost.🍙 The 7-11 here in Hawaii has differents orts of musubis like mochico chicken musubi, hot dog musubi, garlic chicken musubi, even a fish katsu musubi. I like the mochico chixn musubi for lunch. Not bad for a $2.85 lunch.

I had gluten free toast and a small can of tuna in olive oil with a black coffee for breakfast. Lunch was a salad with Greek yoghurt and harrisa dressing with fried haloumi. Afternoon snack, another small can of tuna (long shift in the pool and my second shift of the day). Dinner was some store bought 3 cheese ravioli. I’ve had 3 coffees, 2 litres of plain water and a can of coke as drinks today.
