I see a traveller in Eddy so him leaving feels less like it was about the relationship but more like not settling to a single spot so the constant movement really motivates him. I'm still here for the journey and I hope it takes your far!

Eddy, if you really want to travel again, why not to spend the time you have in Japan visiting the country? It have many amazing places, wonderful nature, great variety of landscapes. It would be funnyer than staying in Tokyo boring at home. You could even travel by bike and sleep at cheap places.

You know what would be cool, to make a video about the costs of living you have also. How much does a meal cost eating out, your supermarket expenses etc.

A KZbin channel with no direction is a KZbin channel that’s going to eventually fail. You have no direction. Another negative is that you keep asking your subscribers for ideas and suggestions, yet you in turn, ignore them. You don’t t even leave Likes of Heart icons on the comments section. No excuse for that as you have a very small channel with few comments. Look how your comments have been shrinking lately .Your videos are too repetitive. Always the same thing, drink coffee, eat, complain how tired you are you are, take a bike ride, get something else to eat, go back to your apartment, eat, and say how tired you are again. Rinse and repeat. At first I liked your channel, but it has become boring as heck now. I do want you to succeed, but you gotta really think about developing a proper theme and even script things out. These “lazy” on the fly videos are not working, my man. Also, this going back and forth plan about leaving or not leaving Japan is tiresome as well. And lastly, this on and off girlfriend thing (now featuring her with a pixelated face) is also tiresome. If you or your subscribers take issue, then I suggest keep that part private. You seem like a nice guy. In fact, I know you are. But your channel and content needs an overhaul. And lastly, I know you are German. But in English speaking countries like England, U.S., Australia, Canada, etc…people do NOT say CHEERS before eating. CHEERS is for proposing a toast. So saying CHEERS before drinking, ok, that’s fine…but it’s very odd to say CHEERS for eating.
@concernedcitizen2820
@concernedcitizen2820 Ай бұрын
I don’t think he’s lazy…but I think he’s unmotivated, a bit depressed…and bored outta his mind. I agree with some of your comments, but not all. But I will chime on this…you are right about you saying it’s odd when he says cheers every time before he eats, that’s very strange to English speakers. Cheers is only used for toasts, before drinking as part of a celebration. We never say cheers before eating. But he’s German, so we will give him a pass, lol…

I agree with this. It doesn't have to fail but it just seems like he has the potential to make a great channel but every video is exactly what you said, coffee, eat, work maybe, return clothes, repeat. I get that not every day has to be spectacular and I really get the grind for uploading every day that sucks but I get it I tried it. To me the biggest issue is that he doesn't interact with his audience. It makes it feel like there's no point in commenting or even supporting him. He doesn't heart, pin, or even reply to comments. I get channels that have 400 comments a minute not responding but he barely gets 10 per video. It almost makes it feel like he isn't even uploading the videos. Like we're just watching a tv show that's really really boring

I noticed extreme boredom in you. I know you are lonely, I get that. I don’t want to dwell on your personal relationship, but going by watching your last videos, you are no longer together. I noticed you were super happy when you were with her. But now you seem depressed. I get that. Part of the problem is not knowing Japanese. It’s going to be very difficult finding friends there. Japan is mostly an introverted society. It doesn’t mean you can’t have friends, but you gotta blend with the locals. You can always search for foreigners and hook up that way. I cringed when I saw you spraying cologne all over you, yikes. That doesn’t fly in Japan, it’s shunned upon. That’s a big turn off for them. Perfumes make them gag. Although when I was in Japan, I did notice some girls smelling with a subtle touch of perfume. It’s a Western influence for sure. It is slowly becoming trendy.The main reason perfumes and deodorants are not used much is because most Northeast Asians don’t sweat as much. Many East Asians, don't have body odor or need deodorant because of a gene mutation. They produce dry wax. Europeans, Southeast Asian, Africans, etc, produce wet wax. Between 80-95% of East Asians have a non-functional ABCC11 gene, which prevents sweat molecules from reaching the armpit. This starves bacteria on the skin's surface, so they can't metabolize sweat and produce odorant substances. You should just shower more often and don’t use too much cologne. I personally don’t use colognes, but I do use deodorants. I’d say using a deodorant is fine, as many Japanese do use them as it’s seen as a cool Western custom. You have to try to adapt more, my friend. Study Japanese. It’s a beautiful language. I know you know a few words, which is a step in the right direction. You pronounce it decently. You could learn to communicate with it a year or two. You will have more friends in a country like the Philippines. Most seem to speak English there, lol. The people are warm and friendly and way more family and party oriented than the reserved Japanese. You’ll find a fine Filipina hottie there in no time… 😁👍
