I think it is important to add that there is nothing wrong with looking like the far left image she used in her thumbnail. That is still a normal body that deserves love. Love yourself whatever your size, and of course do what makes you feel healthy and happy.

i cant express how much i have related to this video and it feels like were on the same boat, im currently in the process of trying to better myself in the fitness area and i literally finished an abs&cardio workout before watching this, so that was my small step of the day and now im making my self a healthy fish finger salad 🤣 and also my boyfriend has been working so much that its been so hard to see him like we literally also see eachother briefly and its just so hard but i dont want to give up because i love him and i know this rough patch will pass, i have tatooed on my ribs “everything will be ok in the end, if its not ok, its not the end” and i stick by that everyday

Having my eyebrows done was the best thing I EVER EVER did! I did what everyone did and overplucked them when I was younger and for the last 5 years now I’ve had the nicest full brows. It’s boosted my confidence massively and made life so much easier. But I would recommend not getting just the microblading where they just use a thing blade as I found they didn’t last very long. I had something called combination brows which was a mixture of microblading and shading using something similar to a tattoo gun. They’ve lasted 3.5 years so far with no top up! Ly Molly❤️

I’ve got powderprows, and i love it!! I have pretty good brows myself but it litteraly is the best thing, because you never have to do your brows if you don’t want to. I only fill them in when i go out or do full glam, and that’s so nice!

I eat quite similar to this. I have a smoothie or a small bowl of porridge with a variety of nuts in the morning because they keep me full for the gym. I always have salad for lunch. Then I have veg, bolognese or curry with rice/pasta/quinoa or sweet potatoes etc in the evening. I work out 5-6 times a week for 1.5 to 2hrs a day and try to eat a lot of fruit for snacks but indulge when I want. I stopped drinking alcohol in the new year and went vegan in May. I’ve lost 2 stone over the past year and I’m the same height as Molly Mae and a healthy 10st now. I think it’s easier to eat something light in the day and save carbs for the evening. In terms of my body stats I’m basically classed as an athlete. Oh and I also allow myself to have a cheat day once a week where I eat junk food or order out.

I’ve had microblading!! It was great at first, I loved the shape. I’ve had it topped up twice but on the last time the shape seemed so off, it wasn’t the same as when I first had it done. So then I wanted to just grow out my natural brows maybe even try a different shape and I’m still waiting for the microblading to fully fade (It’s been 2 and a half years) 😭 I think it hurts too but my pain tolerance is a low, I’m a literal baby when it comes to pain 🤣 Also I love you so much!! Thank you for being you, you’re amazing 🥺❤️❤️
