I literally eat the same breakfast every day!! Sourdough toast with hummus, tomatoes, hemp seeds. I use microgreens or broccoli sprouts instead of arugula . Let me give you a tip! Make a tahini dressing and drizzle it on your toast. Tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic powder, water to thin. Thank me later ❤😊

Yes! I’m trying to lose weight and maintain muscle with a whole food plant based diet with about 130g per day of protein that is quick to make! I also loved Indian themed food, as well as super quick and easy. Not sure if her recipe book follows these guidelines but they are exactly what I’m trying to find!

I haven't tried all the dishes because I'm new at cooking but the breakfast toast was so easy and delicious. Everyone in my office was so impressed when I showed up bringing this for breakfast. I plan on trying the other two meals but just had to let you know that I really appreciate these easy meals especially for beginners like myself Thank you!

Thank you so much Radhi for this information. Being a vegetarian and trying to gain weight I am being told it is very difficult for me to achieve my goals without including egg or chicken. This video showed me how I could have a protein rich diet.

A high protein ingredient is nuts and seeds, so add them often to meals to help boost the protein in the dish. Recently made homemade cashew milk and can't believe how good it tastes but also how full it makes me; I am happy to have taken the time to try it, but it can also be added to many recipes. Supplements are fantastic, and honestly, I don't think I could function well without taking them daily; they help so much!

This was great inspiration, thank you! I also have a protein shake in the morning but add a tbsp of chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter and some spinach and it keeps me full for hours! I always used to get hungry every 2-3 hours but when I have lots of protein for breakfast it sets me up for the day :))

@renitapersaud2111 ай бұрын
Asafoetida (I looked it up because I’d never heard of that either and captions weren’t helping lol)
@pondernwonder10 ай бұрын
Yup, it's asafoetida. It's an age old indian spice. We add it to all meals, especially ones that have lentils, beans, etc since asafoetida is known to reduce bloating. If anytime you feel bloated, just add a pinch or little asafoetida to your yoghurt, water it down and drink it. Works like a charm.
