Yes… agree.. coffee is the best way to start the day! ❤ I’ve just started (2nd attempt) on a hclf… starch solution. I’m turning 40 in June… Mum of 3.. including 2 teenagers and a toddler and recently separated (2nd marriage). I really feel it’s crunch time for me to get my health in order… as I’ve let it slip for way too long. So glad I’ve found your videos ❤ Love to you and your family from Australia xx

I have a weird issue, your last two videos have had no sound after the first 45 seconds.......but only when I'm watching on my Smart TV or Apple TV, on my phone and laptop, both are fine. I have tried resetting, updating KZbin, etc but for some reason it is just not working. It's so weird. Love your videos Chelsea --- my very good friend has MS and may be interested in your hubby's videos (she also does a podcast called three blondes 1 battle that talks about her journey). Also, not sure if you've heard of Dr. Wahls, but she has an MS protocol (thru her book and research at the University of Iowa) that helped her regain functionality and put her MS into remission. I've heard the opposite when it comes to daily weighing, I have heard it's better to weigh once a week.
@ChelseaMae10 ай бұрын
The data doesn’t support that.
@chelseahughes590810 ай бұрын
@@ChelseaMae The data is a little confusing. When I looked it up some said it’s better to weigh every day and some said it depends on your personally. All I know is in the past when I was on my game once a week weighing and journaling everything is when I had success. To me it seems unnecessary to weigh every day. And the data isn’t always right. I could be wrong, but whatever you can do to be consistent.
@ChelseaMae10 ай бұрын
The negatives of weekly weighing are that you simply don’t get accurate data. You can hop on the scale and think it’s up when it you actually have a downward trend. When it comes to accuracy, the more data points you have and then average them, the more of an accurate picture you get. This means you can make a logical decision on interpreting it rather than an emotional one.
@chelseahughes590810 ай бұрын
@@ChelseaMae Okay thanks for the info and my mom would probably agree with you, lol 😉 I don’t mean to sound like I am arguing with you. I’ve been told that I like to argue. I have learned so much from your channel and agree with most of it.

@@loveislife7341 I don't now your Age but I prep most of our meals from scratch, maybe 3% vegan food like sausage or patties, I love to drink tea with soy milk, and lots of water. Still do office work for our business, very active in the garden plant alot of veggies just put winter veggies in this week, my Sisters always said I got green fingers. Got to little dogs that also keep me busy and lots of walkies. I walk long distance most days, would like to be on my bike again but have hand surgery and my bone density not good. My house are quite big 400 square meters. Yes I get tired but not often. Good luck, you more than welcome to ask me tips or what I daily eat.
