I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my first and haven’t been having any crazy cravings except for fruit and salads! Apples, peaches, grapes, Greek salads and tuna salads!🤤 oh- and iced coffees! Decaf when I can, but definitely staying under 200 mg of caffeine a day!

Currently expecting baby number 2 and as a mom I can attest that after giving birth, it becomes really hard to remember to prioritize yourself. I know it's really hard, but please remember to prioritize your basic needs, food, water, showering. Especially if you plan to nurse your baby because not eating enough or being dehydrated can VASTLY affect your milk supply. Praying for all you expecting mama's out there! It's a Rollercoaster of emotions but it's so worth it.

The video I needed. I'm coming up 12 weeks and feel so bad going from someone who was pretty fit to eating all the time! With my first child I wasn't showing until 5 months, now I look like my old 5 months at 12 weeks! The weight gain is very different this time around. One minute I feel sad... Next minute I'm wolfing down food 😂 Glad I'm not alone 🎉
