Here is my most recent What I Eat in a Day on my fat loss/wellness journey!
Im all about eating intuitively lately and giving my body what it needs while prioritizing protein to maximize muscle gain.
Here are some quick easy recipes I've been enjoying lately :)
Chocolate Chunk Granola Cookies Recipe
1 cup instant oats
3/4 cups flour of choice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 large egg (1 banana mashed for vegan cookies)
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
