Judy Greene amen! Bc when you stop and think about it ...my great grandparents were super healthy people and lived way into their 90’s and no real health problems! No obesity when I was growing up around them bc we ate from the garden, I played outside from sun up to sun down and when we did eat meat if was fresh from a local farm. No processed food. No steroids, grow hormones, etc . We also walked just about anywhere. Now kids and young people are so out of shape bc they don’t get outside enough and they’re surrounded by bad food, poor habits and parents that both have to work incredibly long hours just to pay bills. So neither can really be home to raise the children. It’s just so sad and I wish we could go back ! Such a wonderful time in every way.

Yes please do more of these! We really need to have more "what I eat in a day" videos from people that are NOT dieting, that are NOT only eating a bunch of greens and taking supplements, that are NOT doing cheat days and stuff like that. Normal people, normal-eating people

I wasn't a huge salad person either until I discovered jar salads. Basically, you put dressing on the bottom and layer the veggies from crunchiest to softest. When you are ready, you just shake it up. I have no clue why it makes me eat salad, it does!!! And yes, I love these videos!

So interesting that you included the heavy cream or half & half that you add to your scrambled eggs. Every time you showed that in a vlog, I thought to myself, "That doesn't make it very healthy," but even in this video you're doing it anyway. Which makes me think that it's not that big a deal and sometimes you can add a little something to make something that's good for you just that much better. Another example of Jessica and Tyler just keeping it real! 💜

You said at the end of the video this kind of video is experimental and you are not sure how you feel about it and for us to let you know how we feel about it. I loved it. You gave me some delicious food ideas. We eat the same kinds of food at our house as your family. Love your approach of this is really a what I eat in the day video not what I eat in a day while I'm filming a video. Please make more of this style along with your usual beauty videos pretty please!!💕

We also primarily eat leftovers for lunch too but some things I do make for lunch are chicken salad, cucumber pasta salad, and homemade ramen with rice noodles. For the ramen I literally throw everything in a bowl and pour boiling water over it cover the bowl for a minute or two and that’s it.

A good lunch idea: Aldi has organic rice packs that stick in the microwave for 1:30, then I just pile on veggies like cherry tomatoes, green onion, red onion, lettuce, hummus, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olives, and feta cheese. Of course all of the ingredients are up to you, but it’s been a go to a few times a week for me!

I’ve been eating kodiak cakes almost daily during this quarantine. Sometimes I’ll add chocolate chips to the batter, other times blueberries, or the last time I topped them with peanut butter and slices of banana. My other go to has been mini pizzas where I use a tortilla as my crust, top it with Rao’s homemade marinara sauce, pepperoni, pineapple, whatever shredded cheese or slices of cheese we have and just bake it at 350 for ten minutes unless your like an extra crispy crust like myself then do 12 minutes. Quick easy and delicious!💜

Okay I know you love Aldi. We do for lunch their beer battered fish filets in the air fryer. Steam a few corn tortillas. Do cabbage and a homemade sauce of mayo, dried dill, dill relish and pepper.
