THE ZIPLOC BAG THING IS GENIUS! I live in a cold area where we can only get fresh fruit in the late spring and summer (That's not extremely expensive, like in the summer mangoes are 60 cents each and in the winter they are two dollars or more each)! Rawvana I am the same way, I drink water with lemon juice and don't eat breakfast until after working out. I also dislike working out on a full stomach . I have heard people say you have to eat before working out, I am glad to hear you do the same thing!! Loved the video!!

Have you done a video on a parasite cleanse? I've been reading a lot about it and I noticed many sites tell you to eat fish and animals which I think is crazy since you need to have alkaline environment and the animal flesh can contain eggs and worms. Also say Not to eat fruit as to stay clear of sugar even fruit sugars. Would help to see raw vegans explain this in detail.

You cut down on the fruit if you are fighting yeast in your body, there are ways to do it, Donna Gates from Body Ecology has a protocol to do this and it is done only for 3 months. I have never heard of cutting down on the fruit for parasites. Markus Rothkranz who is also a raw vegan has an excellent herbal parasite formula you can buy. Just google them.

Thanks I'm starting to learn about a vegan and raw vegan lifestyle.i didn't see a lot of protein and I was wondering how someone that requires 50 to 60 grams of complete protein per day can get their protein requirements. Each person is different as far as how much protein they require, and it's determined by your body size and your activity level as well as other factors.. There are different theories about how much protein a person needs per pound of body weight but in any event we can't deny that we do need protein. So I was wondering how a vegan or a raw vegan gets 50 or 60 grams per day .........or however much the individual decides he or she wants. Thank you again for the great video. Raw vegans don't count calories, it is completely irrelevant because you eat as your body needs it. She works out a lot and she is very young. I am in my 40's and I eat about a third of what she eats, everybody is different, but we eat until we are not hungry anymore. Some days more than others, sometimes I don't feel hungry at all and I just do a water or juice fast. It is a different mentality. It's about listening to your body, not about counting the calories.

Ugh you do know lemon water is acidic right.........? Water is neutral and lemon juice is acidic, so how are you helping to alkalize your body if you're drinking an acidic drink?

It has an alkalizing effect on our bodies in spite of being acidic itself . Look it up. It is recommended to fight/ prevent cancer for that very reason. It's one of the best foods out there !
