Just in case you want to use your WW to track macros with your free subscription Upgrade, change your plan to the GLP tracker(you don't need to be on it but Mark that you are) there you will see it tracks, using rings , your protein, fiber, and water. When you scroll to the bottom. It also tracks all your macros! And in case you want to look at your points(I don't because I go way over but still lose weight)you can swipe left to see your points

Loving your orange water cup, I need one ASAP because I will want to drink a lot more water if it's coming out of that. Could you please let us know what brand it is? I am loving the Lose It app! All of your food looked delicious!!! I think everyone was on edge on election day - no matter who you voted for in this election! I was so wiped out the next day from being so anxious the day of the election. So happy that is over! Enjoy the rest of the weekend!!!

So I take it you’re watching your calories now. How many do you think you have or what is your limit for the day? Have you lost anymore weight since you started back on your weight loss journey? I’m trying to watch my carbs since September. It’s hard but limiting my carb intake works for me. Wondering if I should watch calories as well.

Yes I track calories and try to stay in a range of 1600-1800 depending on how I’m feeling and I prioritize protein. I think it’s important to know how many cals your taking in especially if your not losing it could simply just be your eating over what you naturally burn in a day.

-7 lbs but I’m going to start on a GLP-1 to help me lose more weight and get into a healthier pattern with my over eating issues that I have so hopefully I’ll see more progress soon ❤

@ yes I’m on monujaro and I love it. I love that my brain tells me when to stop eating and you really learn what healthy things to eat

I need to get off artificial sweeteners too as the Dr told my husband years ago they can cause bladder cancer which he had.Used to drink a lot of Diet Coke and use it in iced tea
