I keep telling few of my subscribers and instagram followers that without right nutrition, your body goal workouts are as good as nothing because workout and healthy nutrition are like marriage, the two has to compliment each other, you can not cheat on one and expect the other to do the job alone. Question. I would drink 1 gallon of water a day but because of the bathroom use I stopped it. 2 gallons ? What’s ur secret to removing all that water out your body without getting caught in traffic Trina pee ?

I drink my water in a timely manner, it takes me about an hour and some change to finish my gallon when working out, the next gallon is when im on the run , im just very conscious of where im going. The bathroom is inevitable if you aren't calculated about it.

I made the same mistake. Don't try forcing yourself to drink a certain amount. Just drink it throughout the day, when you feel the need, in lieu of drinking other stuff, and you're solid. Like our bodies, the food we eat is mostly composed of water(!), so hunger can also be a sign it's time for a sip. You'll drink quite a bit without even worrying about it.

Bro you eat a lot. I heard that need to eat more to get bigger, i seen you in the park getting money before. I'm scared to eat so much. i eat three meals a day. breakfast salad or fruit with protein shake, lunch is my rice and peas and whatever meat, dinner 1 chicken cutlet, or 1 can tuna 2 eggs and protein shake. i be full in between every meal and after i work out. i was thinking uping my meals im at 190 lbs.
