I do specific diet plans and eat 3 meals and two snacks. I notice I am stronger and losing weight regularly now. I eat two eggs every morning in any meal I have in the morning. My favorites is loaded bagels with eggs on them. My half of whole grain bagels is spicy with a variety of veggies on it with the eggs, and it is soooo good. I have fruit as a snack or with breakfast. Plums, peaches, and bananas are very good for blood type B so I eat those fruits. I also eat some apples.

Kimchi is Korean, often served as a “hot-pot”. Should be available in the states too if they have hot pot restaurants (head to China town and you’ll be sure to find a place). You could double down on a lot of his food mentions, and make a killer hot pot recipe (including kimchi, cabbage, etc). Simple and inexpensive. Great vid by the way!
