Yes Kimchee is Korean but no biggie. The Japanese don't go for the super spicy, instead they eat Natto which is fermented beans, amazing for the gut. Will cure dysentery. You eat a little every morning with a raw egg mixed in.

I do specific diet plans and eat 3 meals and two snacks. I notice I am stronger and losing weight regularly now. I eat two eggs every morning in any meal I have in the morning. My favorites is loaded bagels with eggs on them. My half of whole grain bagels is spicy with a variety of veggies on it with the eggs, and it is soooo good. I have fruit as a snack or with breakfast. Plums, peaches, and bananas are very good for blood type B so I eat those fruits. I also eat some apples.

Kimchi is Korean, often served as a “hot-pot”. Should be available in the states too if they have hot pot restaurants (head to China town and you’ll be sure to find a place). You could double down on a lot of his food mentions, and make a killer hot pot recipe (including kimchi, cabbage, etc). Simple and inexpensive. Great vid by the way!
