Ellie your meals always look so delicious and wholesome and are always such hearty portion sizes. I am recovering from a bad relationship with food and and am now trying to eat unrestrictively and nourishing foods - I'm always impressed by the way you eat as it is the exact way I want to eat and the foods I enjoy but i get put off because a lot of wieiads show smaller portion sizes than I have and i feel unsure. Do you actually eat all of what you show or do you usually not finish them. Love you so much and I love these videos they make me excited to continue my journey to a healthy relationship with myself and food

You should eat until you’re satiated. This will take some time to learn again, but eventually it will come back. Also learning that there are no bad foods is hard. Focusing on clean” foods during recovery can lead you to fall into orthorexia so best to work with a professional and a meal plan here. I recovered from an eating disorder myself and can tell you that you will need to learn to trust your intuition again. Check out RoRecovers here on KZbin, she’s such a positive person going through recovery and encourages you to nourish your body.

hi lovely! yes i usually finish most of my meals, depends how hungry i am. As Jacqueline said above it’s about listening to your hunger and fullness signals, our body has the ability to tell us when we’ve had enough. If you see any WIEIAD videos that trigger or give you feelings of guilt because they are not eating big enough portions, i’d encourage you to unsubscribe and not view that content. good luck with your journey 🤍🤍

Kid's hilarious. I love how he has like 2 words that seem to cover a whole vocabulary. Could be saying anything really. Although my first son said barely anything until he was 2 years old but hasn't stopped talking since! He's now 25 🤣

I will definitely be trying the sushi bowl. My toddler loves tofu but refuses to eat egg no matter how I prepare it (we too are plant based). Shredded tofu is the best, my toddler is loved mini burrito rolls; shredded tofu, rice, black beans.and avo rolled up in mini tortilla wraps 😋

fully on solids now, breastfeed until 18 mths, he’s never had formula, we now give him a cup of milk in the morning for hydration and calcium (fortified plant milks)

I love your videos!💚Are you guys Vegan or not,because of the eggs?
@alainajane232 жыл бұрын
They aren’t fully vegan. Alex and Bowie eat eggs for sure. Ellie has said she eats honey and occasionally things like oysters. I’d say she’s plant-based, but not entirely vegan. Still tons of inspiration. I am so glad that she’s honest about the fact that she eats some animal products rather than pretending to be fully vegan and only showing us the vegan items as some influencers do.
@ElsasWholesomeLife2 жыл бұрын
i’m not pretending to be vegan, i’ve said at every chance i no longer eat an exclusively vegan diet. Most of my cooking is vegan suitable and i share my cooking. Alex was never vegan , Bowie was never vegan, i’ve made that clear in every Q&A.
@Riekie19702 жыл бұрын
