Oh I'm so excited for you and your plant-based journey! This is a normal sliced bread that is dark that I have in a local supermarket in Spain, I honestly don't remember the name. But I try to always get some kind of whole grain and even better of it has some kind of seeds in there to make it more hearty and filling!
