I love your channel for you. You are so down to earth and genuine and wholesome. ❤ I love your cooking demonstrations and recipes and the way you narrate. I love having a glimpse into your life when you take us out and about on a walk, visiting a cafe, girls night dinners, netball, going away with your partner, etc. Thank you for this episode and for being so candid. I think the world is going through a huge transition and you are setting a great example for so many others to focus on acknowledging their feelings and feeling them and riding the waves through the ups and downs. I think by sharing your highs and lows and not trying to curate the “Insta perfect” life that you are helping people who grew up within the social media matrix to find their way back to themselves. Anyways, thank you! ❤❤❤

Im so excited about your website. I love your recipes but I always wished there was one organized and user-friendly place to go through them. And now I'll be getting that so thanks so much! The previous one is a litlle bit hard to navigate, a lil outdated and not so legible. Also, I wish you lots of love on your recovery. It seems like a incredibly difficult thing to navigate

Re your morning walk and not feeling the best- As I was watching it, all I could think/feel was that one day I would love to live near the ocean, to walk/ride off the depression and anxiety I often feel. So whilst I still would LOVE to have it one day, it was 'good' (not wanting you to be feeling sad/etc. or not your best ofc) to know that, well, maybe that's not the only cure. You can seem 'have it all' and its not always the case, if that makes sense? Anyway, I hope things turn around for you soon, and SUPER good effort on pushing yourself to get out there anyway. I hope you have easier and more enjoyable mornings/days ASAP! One suggestion- get another keyboard and elevate your laptop so its more ergonomic for you!! Probably worth getting a new desk chair, too, for better support!

Mate, love u !❤ and love your videos!🎉 im sooo happy to hear u got your fibroid removed but kept your womb.🥰After u sharing yours with us, I’d like to share my fibroid story with u: I’m 59 - and was told in my early twenties that my tragic repeated miscarriages were due to the 7 fibroids that filled my womb, in particular a jumbo one which was about the same size as yours. The doctors told me they could try to do an open myomectomy but there was a 90% chance they’d have to take the whole womb due to the fibroids sizes and their positioning. I saw no alternative so just kept trying and eventually managed a successful full term pregnancy (after 4 miscarriages) and had my dream baby!❤ I used twice daily meditation and positive visualisations to shrink the fibroids and allow bubby to thrive!🎉They were smaller but still there blocking her exit so I needed an emergency c section but we both came through it all healthy and strong! Shes now a beautiful 30 year old naturopath (who reminds me of you) (or vice versa😊) living in Brisbane with her fiancé and happily, she too is a long term vegan.❤🌱🍃🌈
