It’s so hard staying away from foods you love to stay healthy! I can do salt and seasonings with no problem, doesn’t seem to affect my system at all. But SUGAR and carbs are my worst enemy, my body goes haywire if indulge in too much sugar/simple carbs and caffeine as well.
