Having taken up journaling again this year I've been watching a lot of journaling vids for ideas. An interesting pattern I've noticed is that men's journals are very goal orientated, how they're going to get stuff done, life plans and action plan type things. Women's journals are the same type of scrapbooks that little children make. More about making it look pretty and talking about things they want, but no goal setting or work plans.

Crazy how this was recommended for me. Right when I’m in my transitional phase from doing everything & being there for my friends to taking my interests seriously, learning to set boundaries & focus more on myself.
