@@merrygurung3865 probably craving out of boredom. if you still are struggling i reccomend making pre-made snacks so when you're hungry you dont eat too much. also always eating at a table or in the kitchen so that you dont associate eating with things like watching youtube and stuff. also keep urself busy!! i always eat when im bored and have nothing to do, a thing that will help is cooking ur own meals to pass time, stretching, a little hobby, etc :) best of luck

Trader Joe's rocks! This video is fantastic... very inspirational! It's so good to see a young person going out of their way to eat good wholesome healthy foods :) You'll be glad you did down the road, it pays off :) It's important to take the time to cook and not run to the nearest greasy fast food drive-through.
