I came home, to Russia, and I threw out some badass vegan dinner for my fam yesterday as well! Nooch, silken tofu tangy sauce and sweet potatoes with vegetable salsa and guac included, they absolutely loved my stuff! I read your recipe ebook for extra inspo beforehand haha

More 10 min work out videos I use the ab one every time I need to push my self, and I’ll interchange it with the full body one, which I end up feeling a lot in my glutes, and legs. Feels like it’s working!! Gotta keep pushing myself . You’re a strong girl! Very inspiring and motivating, Keep up the awesome work !

Mexico is a great place to go! I just made a video of some vegan options in Playa Del Carmen. Organic, mostly local whole plant based foods for more then 1/2 price from the US/CAN! Im from Portland and MEX has better options!

btw this Red Mill nooch is even more expensive here in Bangkok (around 330 mexican pesos for such pack) and only sold in several stores :/ and there's like only one local brand that sells nooch but they charge ~120 MXN for a pack of FIFTY GRAMS (WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?)
