Stretch 5 Minute cardio 10 Step ups 40 Toe touches 10 Box jumps 10 Weighted sumo squats 12-15 dumbbell squats 10 Weighted lunges per leg 30-60 second hand to elbow plank? 30-60 second crunches REPEAT X3

Zharia Valentine oh my god so relatable i’m graduating high school in three months and at this point i’m really frustrated because my parents want me to go to university but this is not what i want at all, i just feel like I could’ve spent these 4 uni years doing something more interesting (even tho i realize that higher education is important n stuff). i’m a little jealous of Summer’s life but also so happy for her! she’s only 18 and already is so mature, living on her own and pursuing her dreams.

i’m so shocked you don’t like lemon water.. i find it so refreshing and the benefits are shocking. I drink it every night. it’s so good for your metabolism, it actually also reduces joint pain .. and reduces inflammation. it’s recommended to drink before the gym. also lemon is good for your liver and also a good way of getting potassium, better then apples. Get a water dispenser like those office ones!! I have one that use with my reusable water bottles its amazing to have fresh cold and fresh hot water. Its cheaper and easier than going to the store so often and buying water bottles

Did you know drinking Dasani water is "bad" for you? The water contains salt that makes you thirsty. Not trying to burst ur bubble or anything 😂😂 but someone told me and now I know the reason why I'm always thirsty because I didn't realize the water I drank contained salt in it 😬😬😬 Smart Water/Spring Water is usually the best 👌🏼✨✨

Actually all water (except for rain water) has the slightest amount of salt in it and if you check the nutrition facts in Dasani bottled water you will see that there is no salt in it!
