This is so random lol but I always look in the background of videos. I have the same food scale and I read in the manual that you shouldn’t keep anything sitting / stored on top of them because it will mess up the weighing mechanism over time. I know how much I rely on my scale so I thought I would say something 😊. Also , I love all our videos and you’ve inspired my to take charge of my health !!

You eat so amazing! My body’s metabolism sucks so I have to eat super clean and very little and even then I don’t lose much weight while going to the gym 4-5x. I’m going to look into WW now thank you for this video💗

New subie here. found you through Instagram and have followed you ever since. I do WW's too so it's nice to follow someone who post content quit a bit. I've lost 35 so far but need like another 30. Been losing the motivation some days. I did order some of those smart sweets and used your code. I've been doing a lot of weight training and was trying to not focus so much on the scale too. But i do still want to lose the other 30. I'm in the medical field and I tried the freestyle and it's not working for me. I liked the old program better. I was losing 3.5 pounds a week at that point. That was way too much for me. I felt horrible. So I've been sticking to tracking and eating between 30 and 40 points a day. Sometimes I wish that you could switch between the program for what fits your lifestyle. Sure some would say 3.5 pounds was nice but this was making me feel ill. Any ways, any suggestions on what I can do? I do focus my breakfast around protein always.

@a l l y I bought the sample box online. They're all good, but the chocolate is my absolute favorite. The cinnamon tastes like a coffee cake. They are all yummy. The Built Bars she promotes are also as good as promised

@a l l y lol, I had that fear because I ate 2 Built Bars in a row because I was so in love with them! I honestly think it's better just to have them. I for one, cannot stick to a diet that makes me feel deprived. And why would I? I live sweets. The cakes are 1pt per cake, so it's actually easy to not over eat and for some reason 1 feels just fine. The bars are 3. But they ligit taste like a candy bar. Having 1 bar and 1 cake per day, I not feel deprived of sweets. And if I do "binge" by eating more than planned, it's an additional 1-3 points instead of 10+. I think they are completely worth keeping around

Felicia, I was tracking your points with you on this video and I come up with 16 pts. Maybe I am missing the halo ice cream points. You don't say how many those are. I am also curious why you don't eat all of your points everyday?

CVH PTA she tries to get a blue dot which means you are in your healthy eating zone. You don’t have to eat all of your points because it is freestyle. This means that there are many “zero” point foods, which Felicia typically eats. For example Eggs and most fruits/veg are zero points.

On weight watchers there is a food calculator on the app that you can put ingredients or nutritional info into and it will calculate the points per serving. 😁

Nicole Silvia Meaning everything she eats is processed. She literally just had one fresh food - the grapes. Your body needs minerals and vitamins from fresh food.

Idk, she seems to cook most of her meals. And those processed protein drinks and bars have a lot of vitamins and minerals. If you're talking about "nutrition", she is eating a ton of it. If you want unprocessed foods, go Paleo. Most of us can't stick to those kind of diets long term.

"Nutrients" mean balanced macros, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Those processed supplemental drinks, bars, cakes, etc. Usually have tons of added nutrients, much like a multivitamin. The sweets are just a great alternative to sugar and most of us need those treats in order to lose serious amounts of fat and keep it off for our lifetime.

Is it normal for americans a) to eat so much processed food b) eat from disposable plates... - everything straight up looked disgusting to me
