Great video Elle! I loved this because I do the same thing pretty much. I meal prep on Sunday. I have oatmeal everyday for breakfast, I pack a sandwich or leftovers for lunch and for dinner I actually take a bit more time and make dinner while sipping on a glass of wine :) cheers to working women!
