welcome to a summery episode of 'what i eat in a week as a vegan'
we've got lots of easy recipes this week, as per usual. plus a brand event (spot the plantboii!) and a couple of meals out. really quite a chill week: a lot of relaxing, working, running ... plus i have a big announcement: i'm starting a podcast! can't wait to hear what you guys think!

yess ! I left Brazil 35 yrs ago with the intention of spending 6 months int he US and then moving on to London, my true Love. But here I am . Upstate NY, close to Woodstock, and with a family and a 22 year old amazing son whom I couldn't live far from. I've been to Europe in 2018 but never got around to London. For me, the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. But with everything going on right now and how expensive all big cities are I feel like London will wait. I still hear the calling, pun intended. Even NYC, where I lived for 25 years and raised my son, is out of the loop right now. Plus the violence and lack of nature????? The recent heat waves evrywhere ( I have nephews both in Lisbon and Paris and a friend in Madrid and... I wouldn't be there. Love your videos! they are so real and remind me of my 20's but more together and positive. You are a beautiful young lady and if I had a daughter I'd make her homework to watch your videos.

Can't wait for your podcast and I think it would fit nicely to this channel! 🤩 I recently tried tofu scramble for the first time because I finally went and bought kala namak. It was really expensive, but I was surprised how eggy it made the tofu taste.

Podcast is a great idea Nicole! I will deffo listen and don’t mind how you do it. Loved this video aswell the pasta meal looked amazing and so easy. Take care in this heat especially if you are running. BTW would you do a LUSH haul at some point? That’s if you buy a lot from there?

A podcast would be a great idea, looking forward to it! It'd fit right in on this channel too I think 😊 And yes, your vids do make me want to come to London! Might be an idea to do a guide/recommendations vid with your top pick for breakfast/brunch/lunch etc, best date spot, best for eating with non-vegans, could include other non-food picks too? Would be great to have all the best ones in one vid!
