I was given more than 2 kilos of absolutely delish oranges last week-end so I decided to make some jars of marmelade out of them and I literally ate a whole jar this week : on a croissant, slices of brioche, bread, pancakes (along with some melted dark chocolate -one of the best combo isn't it), even in porridge with some toasted almonds as topping.

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day too! I've started making my own granola since they've just put the price up on storebought granola and I can't always afford it, but that just means I can put exactly what I want in it so I've been enjoying that :) Although it's autumn now, so it's just beginning to be oatmeal season!

Thanks so much! It took me about 6 months before I could speak in proper sentences. I learned all the basics from Duolingo and KZbin videos. Then progressed to binging Italian pop music, podcasts, and watching Italian/English shows and movies with Italian subtitles. I also very intently listened to everyone around me in shops, on trains etc to pick up the proper cadence of speaking and slang etc. The thing that REALLY sharpened me up was working here though, I'm in customer service constantly switching languages and having to follow instructions in Italian. Hope that helps!
