For your salad, try pomegranate molasses next time if you can find it in Italy! Lemon, olive oil & pomegranate molasses is a classical Turkish salad seasoning and it goes so well with almost everything haha

I'm certainly no expert but here's some places I love. For cichetti: All’Arco, Sepa, Corte dell’Orso, or Bacaro Al Ravano. For pizza: Farini. For pastries: Pasticceria Dal Mas or Rosa Salva.
