Yay cold breakfast ideas 🎉Was subjected to mid 30s temperatures in south of France for last two weeks and was living off nectarines and yoghurt. 🥵 🥵 🥵 (and thrice daily showers 😂)Curious about your experience with keffir- do you take it every day - do you need to take it daily to notice a difference/benefit ?

It's HOTTTT right now! I drink about 100-200ml most days. I wouldn't know exactly what to recommend or how often to recommend drinking it. Speaking personally, I think it has helped with some stress-related IBS symptoms and also my skin has stayed pretty well-behaved since starting it!

I wanted a big life change after 25 years in Scotland and a job that wasn't right for me. I love it here, it can be challenging but it's certainly got enough to make up for those challenges. Yes I do speak Italian - though I'm still learning new words and grammar technicalities every day!
