I have and still does, started back on Feb 2021 in between the 16:8 and 18:6 method for a period of about 6-9 months straight (except weekends - my well deserved ‘cheat days’) and lost a total of 50 lbs in combination of homemade detox juices of fruits and veggies, nutritious smoothies (by adding MCT oil, coconut water and/or almond milk, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, fiber), healthier eating habits, supplements (just to mention - collagen, prebiotics, probiotics, enzymes, multivitamins), cardio and plenty of water. First thing in the morning I do is drink ACV by diluting a tbsp of ACV with mother in 6-8 oz of water, trace mineral drops and nascent iodine - ACV as mentioned is my daily routine in the mornings whether I’m fasting or not and also a bottle of water with lime or lemon by adding MCT oil and cayenne pepper to drink throughout the day. And of course, my cup of coffee once a day, tea, and at least one bottle of 16 oz of Kombucha a day. Ever since, IF has been and will continue to be my healthy long-term lifestyle. I feel great, of so many benefits that it has, the natural energy that it gives you is AMAZING, you won’t feel hunger like many people fear the most. My new goal is to try the eat-stop-eat 24 hr fast once or twice per week. Thanks for your video, I look forward to the second part coming up soon!

Wow, that's really amazing! Thanks for sharing ❤I took a break from IF while doing some traveling but I love it as a lifestyle and want to get back to it as I really felt great while doing intermittent fasting.
