I watched the whole video although I no longer eat any meat anymore and I wanted to ask if its not to much if you could do a vegetarian meal on one of your meals one week I would highly appreciate it if so. Yu still look amazing dom! I remember yu were 165 when i tried keto n got to that weight too. ive been eating better for 2 weeks now n only lost 1 pound ugh i hate it kuss i cant see anything.

So do you wash your salad because I know it’s supposed to be pre washed but I be nerves to eat it without washing .. but I hate it being soggy and wet too..

Your calories are way too high. They should be 1200-1450 depending on your height. How tall are you?

That’s not true I’m 5’1 and have lost weight being on 1800 calories. Your deficit calories depends on how active you are

Your calories needs are based on the TDEE calculation of your current weight, height, and activity level, not your opinion. However, 1200 calories is extremely low and would only be reasonable for someone very short who is between 100-120 lbs. Eating calories too low only hurts you in the long run. Y’all get on here and say the dumbest stuff

@@KanashiLeo if you lost weight on 1800 calories then you were over 200 lbs. You were very obese. You still are You should weight between 119 to 132 lbs.

@@Mochiboba90 that's true but I don't care how active you are, if you're 5'5" for example, 200 lbs is still very obese So yes activity level is a factor, but it's not the entire story. Before you start talking dumb, we need to know her height, activity level, and age. For Most women 200 lbs is obese at any height and age. Unless you are say 5'10" to 6'0 and over 200 lbs is to much weight. Too maintain these high weight categories you HAVE TO EAT 1800 CALORIES AND OVER. Considering the activity level 1800 calories, you would have to be in the gym, walking, and running for 6 days a week at least 2 hrs a day( maybe 1.5 hours a day ) I was obese for over 13 years. I tried every diet, tried to be a gym person running weight lifting, all of it. But if I ate a lot of calories(and 1800 calories is a lot), I was just eating the calories back.
