Dear Aki, I liked learning about healthy foods. I already managed to buy Matcha and I will incorporate it into my breakfast. I also felt proud that you consume quinoa, because that grain is native to the south west of my country, Bolivia. A fraternal hug to Japan.

Hello, Aki. This was so interesting. I follow a vegan diet, but I love seeing what people around the world eat -- regardless of vegan or not. I am very curious about the share house that you live in. It seems to be different from my experiences with share houses in the US. For instance, your rooms in that house are numbered -- more like a hotel room. Might you consider a video about share houses in Japan in the future? Have a wonderful day!

Japanese food is my obsession for years now, so of course I had to watch this video :) I learned new recipes too! While I am no stranger to matcha, I am yet to try matcha salt - I never heard of such a thing before. I am really interested to try the weeds and quinoa salad and the rice bread - I had to screenshot both recipes. I have tried the "drug" egg before, but because of the colour change no one else in my family ate it with me. I need to scale down the recipe and try again.

I just recently found your channel. If I may make one suggestion, if you wash the quinoa several times until the water is clear, and then soak them in between washing, your quinoa will open better, and be very sweet and nutty. If you use quinoa straight from the package, it’s dusty and bitter. After washing and soaking you can also add it to the rice pot to make protein rice, which is very delicious. Going to check your channel to see if you ever make tsukemono, a favorite of my family! Very nice video. I’m subscribing!

Great addition to the food as well, but I'd like to use much-much more wild herbs, flowers, leaves by collecting on hiking or so.
