I think I speak for a lot of the community when I say we all want you to take as many breaks as you need! We love you and want you to take care of yourself, no matter what that means. You're such an inspiration to us all

hi hon!! it's bee! you bring me so much joy more than you can ever imagine and although i know you've been struggling lately i want you to know that you deserve everything good that has happened to you. you deserve so much joy and love and the fact that you're able to still keep giving even when you're like this is incredible, but please don't burn yourself thin trying to keep giving more than you can put in. we love you and support you and if i could really put into words how much you've changed my life, how you saved my life, i would. i'm so proud of everything that you've done and i'm sure your parents are too. please know that i'm so happy that you're here, because i wouldn't be without you.

I think you need to know that we do not care if you think/do cook always the same dishes CAUSE WE JUST LOVE SEEING YOU VOOKING AND EATING AND SHOWING YOUR DAILY LIFEEE. Love you girl, really, stay safe

Also, I've been struggling with my depression a lot recently. Like zero motivation, non functional depression. It's been rough. Thank you for always sharing your mental health struggles. Nice to know you're not alone

I love the mental glow up idea! It will be a huge motivator to get into a routine that makes you feel better, even if its just a little better. that is a huge step.

diana, i have been in the same mental health slump as you. I've struggled going to the gym routinely which is disheartening, but I try to remind myself that taking time for yourself is necessary! not having the mental mindset to work out is so common, and you're not alone

Hang on Diana, you’re so strong! 💜 Depression can be so hard. It’s like a rollercoaster. Sometimes you feel like it’s gone and in the next moment it all crashes down again. But if you’re going through hell, don’t stop walking. You’re gonna get out at the other end ❣️

I've been struggling mentally too. Cooking used to be my passion and now I'm dreading to cook anything. The mental glow up series sounds amazing. Let's glow up together

the functional depression thing and being worse now is basically what im going through. i used to be depressed too but i was somehow managing it. i also lost my father, had some trauma and i know im not alone, same as i know you are not alone. i hope you would see this msg and it would also make u feel less lonely or victimized cause seeing your journey helps pple in pain too

Love this video!! I get so tired of seeing videos of “glow ups” and how well people are doing when in reality we’re all struggling. It not always perfect or happy like social media tries to portray. . Love that you can express ur frustrations. People will relate to that more then talking about how much we love ourselves and being happy 24/7. Stay strong we’re all in the same boat just some hide it better then others 😉 All about balance…. Right? ☺️

I hope you’re taking care of yourself 🥺 your mental health always comes first before anything 🙏🏼 I know you might have low appetite because of feeling down but even if you don’t ‘feel’ hunger please try and make sure you’re eating enough because that will also give you more energy ❤️ maybe it would help to start eating earlier in the day instead of waiting 3-4 hours after you wake up or adding snacks like protein bars 👍 sending love xx

I have missed you Diana. Idk why but I feel like I’ve been really sedentary too. I sit in front of my laptop trying to do work and end up wasting my entire time and feel guilty in the end. It’s very difficult to explain the reason and you get it. Thank you for being there.

I'm sorry you are feeling bad and I hope the cloud lifts up soon ❤ I can very much relate to everything you're saying, I've been depressed all my life but I make it work (functionnal depression, as you mentioned). It's gotten really dark the past few months and reminds me of the worst time of my life, a time that I really want to keep in the past. So I relate a 100%. It's hard to do the most basic things. Sending you strengh and thank you for sharing your experience. It makes me feel less alone.

Having a healthy balance can be tough so i completely understand! Its ok if u have breaks whether it be short or long it definetly helps. And not matter what ill always be here love 🧡🧡🧡 i dont mind waiting 😌

I don't know if anyone has ever said that to you, but the way you talk and express yourself reminds me of BangChan from stray kids (I don't know what it is, but I say it as a compliment 😅) you seem like a very nice and warm person who makes everyone feel comfortable near you. "Does a drink count as a snack, not really" my ed response "some drinks (such as milkshakes) are over 2000 calories. That should count as more than a meal. But if no one is going to count it, even as a snack than I shouldn't have liquid calories"
