Moderation the key word here. People ask me how I stay in shape and I always tell them it's not just about what you eat, it's about how much you eat. I still eat junk food and chocolate but max once or twice a week. And even then, they're usually small portions.

Being a dietitian and a fan of your channel, thanks for promoting the right and healthy eating way. There are too many "Diet" that are unnecessary. Variety, moderation and balance are the key point for eating healthily. Good job!! Another high quality video.

Hey, would love for you to go into detail/share the minimalistic designed items that you have. For instance, in this video, you have some nice mugs and bowls. Maybe some videos on glassware, dinnerware, cookware, etc. I know you did kitchen essentials but that was only a few things. Love the channel.

Great vid! Just some constructive feedback if it’s welcomed: you should brown the sausage first to get a nice sear then add the onions after since they have a shorter cooking time, then proceed to deglaze and get all the good stuff off the pan ☺️

bro try this our recipe in the Philippines, very very simple. all you need(i wish you have the ingredients at your market(wet market whatever). mussle, ginger, onion, garlic and chili pepper leaves, salt. 1st clean the mussle then saute chopped(minced) garlic and onion any kinds of cooking oil, then add the chopped ginger after the ginger cooked(if you have fish sauce thats great asian loves fish sauce than salt) you can add the mussle, salt and chili pepper leaves remember don't add water, let it cook in 3~10mins it depends the volume of mussle you prepared for a meal. we called that simple recipe as "tinolang tahong". 😉

Nice collection of meals. I personally don’t find vegetables to be more filling than other foods as you said. Foods high in fat and protein are far more filling by comparison of caloric density for me.
@RV-vx9ek5 жыл бұрын
It's not about caloric density or protein and fat content. Vegetables are regarded to be filling/high volume food because of the high fiber and water content.
