Flora Flora Flora…. You my dear did not “fail” the marathon. You got hurt and in hindsight, as you said before, you didn’t have adequate time to totally prepare for the marathon. It may not have gone as you wanted, but you did NOT fail.❤❤❤

Hey 💛💛 everyday is so different. Depends on whether I excercise, how much I slept, my mood, my period. When I work out I naturally crave more food. Essentially Im just listening to my body and I eat when Im hungry &stop when Im full. I dont count calories, never did :) hope this makes sense

Do you have recipes without banana in everything? I’m allergic to banana and so many recipes use banana I don’t know what to use instead. The applesauce substitutions don’t always work well depending on the recipe.

Try avocado instead of banana. It sounds a little weird, but trust me, it works! 😊

You could try pumpkin or sweet potato puree for pancakes and baked goods, plant-based yogurt and chai seed, mango, prunes or figs can also work well depending on what your making -soaked cashews or silken tofu can also recreate the banana creaminess in smoothies, best of luck and happy experimenting
