Great that you're flourishing...and interesting to learn about what you can actually take on board a plane food wise. Do your containers have to be scrupulously clean when disembarking in another country? Also...flights to and from Australia from NZ are generally very short Why not, not eat at all. Some people also use long haul flights to fast and just try to stay hydrated. All the best.

Yes I have fasted before on plane journeys but this was an evening flight both times which happened to be my dinner time so I decided to eat a delicious meal :) I do sometimes wash the container if there is residue yes. But usually they don't mind because it was already eaten.

I always wondered what foods you can take on flights. I'm travelling to UK in July and have ordered the fruit platter meals on Singapore Airlines.
@highcarbhealth16 ай бұрын
Nice one. The fruit platter sometimes comes with cheese :( so I don't even bother. Just take my own. Much healthier :) hioe you're well Julie!!

@@highcarbhealth1 it says fresh fruit only and obviously won't be that much but I'm ok with that as I'm won't be doing anything for 24 hours. Yes, I'm very well Shamiz, thanks!

Did they warm it up for you??

I don't think it would have fit in their oven 😅 but I also don't mind it cold and don't want to heat the plastic.

There are so many different brands that may not be in your country. Use Cyanocobalamin and take the recommended dosage which is written on the product.
