Well done, you are doing so well. What a great first week too. I am sure someone has said already but you can have 2 slices of Aldi's Essentials wholemeal bread for your HeB, it is much more substantial than a 400g loaf, Tesco's Neville wholemeal bread is the same too x

You're doing great. My weight is bouncing around and mostly I'm just managing not to gain any more. I did do run 1 of week 6 couch to 5k this morning so I'm pleased with that, after a long gap.

You are so organised and have a great meal plan I must admit I always wanted 2 A's and 2 B's as I like lots of milk and extra protein.Plus I like my cereal for breakfast and a roll with lunch .Yes I could have sunned them but not having to would have been good too.Have a great weekend .x.

I wish there were 2 b options too. I get stuck sometimes so I can have like you - porridge in the morning and pitta bread for lunch. They used to only do one HEA so you never know they may bring in an extra HEB. Xxxx

Hey, fabulous upbeat video ☺️. If you like rice pudding then this could be an option instead of porridge for breakfasts now the colder months are upon us. Then you have HEB still for lunch. I make a slow cooker rice pudding using almond milk that uses a HEA and top like you would porridge. Hope the rest of your week is amazing. X
