Hi Andreea, I’m good! I hope you’re well too ☺️ I agree, coffee has been helping me to function for years 😂 This method definitely works though. I’ve been following it for a month now. Sometimes, I still feel a bit tired (like when I don’t get enough sleep or when the weather is changing), but this certainly helps - especially with being sleepy after lunch. Try it out and let me know if you see any improvements 😊 (I’m curious 👀)

Of course, sorry for the late response! I was trying out exercises that Lavendaire talks about in her video here kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXyVZmmkr9-YbqM . To be honest, I’m a very skeptical person and all these exercises seem quite unusual and the whole community surrounding it is also quite unusual. However, I did notice differences in my energy levels and my overall comfort. I don’t do them regularly anymore, but I wish I did. They probably have some free content on their yt channel - Body and Brain. I would recommend trying it out if you’re struggling with some underlying stress and stuff, it’s pretty good.
