Not every day has to be perfect to get results! I had several days in this video where things didn't go according to plan...but consistency and time adds up to results! Don't let one imperfect day derail your progress.

Depends on your goals. Most people can have it no problem but other people don't react well to sweetners. (if you're stalled try cutting it)

Hi Laura definitely please do continue with the videos on what you eat. This video helped me see that I (1) wasnt eating enough calories (2) struggle to eat multiple meals but one meal means I cant get my caloric intake in that one meal because I'm stuffed on the smallest amounts. I've always naturally fasted my entire life only eating one meal so fasting comes natural. I see now that I have to eat when my inner alarm comes on for hunger and eat what will hold me. I am an egg and bacon person so I think I'll try that on a smaller peace of ribeye. P.S that over easy egg on that steak looked divine. I cant wait to have one. Congrats on the 9lbs and happy successful weight loss and maintenance. Thank you for all you do

Yes, please keep showing us what you eat. I am still amazed with the amount of food one can eat on a carnivore diet. 2 steaks seems like so much. But seeing you enjoy them with butter and an egg and seeing such a difference in your face is really encouraging to me! Thank you for sharing your journey.

I don't remember you mentioning what this way of eating has done to your energy levels? Do you find that you are consistently energized now as opposed to "hitting a wall" in the afternoon or later in the day? Also, how quickly do you fall asleep now and are you tired when the alarm goes off in the morning? And I hope I'm not being too personal, but has this changed anything about your "intimate life?" The beef bacon, does it have the same crispness & crispy fat like pork bacon??? Love the coarse salt tip to snack on, I need to implement that to replace my boredom-snacking myself. I also need to STOP the drinking of the crappie "Mio" water engancers & Stevia, as I know they cause triggers by increasing my appetite & food cravings. Please keep posting these helpful videos & love your realness Laura; as well as your lovely family 👍👍👍👍

The corse salt tip sounds like something I will try. I never have been a sweets addict. My addiction is chips and crackers. The corse salt may be just what I need to get through the times I feel like I’m weakening. Also, stopping the string cheese and cheese in general. Grilling mostly is definitely another area I need to start doing more of. Your videos are so helpful. Thanks so much.

I loved watching this, and yes I'd love to see more of these videos. It was a great encouragement for me. I've been on carnivore for almost a year, and failing miserably. Now I'm not gaining, but not losing. The other thing I wanted to ask was where did you get that grease guard? That's a great idea. My family complains about all the grease I kick up while cooking in my cast iron pan. It does get everywhere. On the fan, the hood, on top of the fridge etc. So I must clean it of course. Not to mention the stove, my tea pot etc. So where ever did you get it? Thanks a bunch for all the help. I enjoy your videos a lot. 🤗😘🎉💖🌹🥂

Get a Ninja Foodi Grill. It's a combined grill and airfryer, that goes up to 500F - so you can properly 'sear' even steak in it. It's an amazing gadget. Foolproof, almost unsupervised cooking, once you've played around with it a bit and no more greasy mess.

When it comes to electrolytes, I use potassium citrate from bulk supplements. I also use Himalayan salt which has sodium and trace minerals. And I take magnesium derived from Icelandic kelp.

The low Carb Duchess give it 3 months try instead of 1 month. Gives you more time to notice the difference. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing. It is not common to challenge the dogma of Eat as much as you want and the weight wil fall off. Since the voice of those that do not get weight loss is unheard and unwelcomed in many groups you are very helpful to an unknown number of people. So many people do not fit the success mold. Congrats !

I am glad that mindset works for a lot of people but I personally would never lose weight following that (and would likely gain a lot)

Thank you for sharing your carnivore journey!!! Today9/2/20 I will begin my own carnivore journey thanks to you and Dr. Berry! My goal is 100 to 110 lbs. After foot surgery and complications that followed, I put on this unhealthy amount of weight. Thank you again! Your success inspires and motivates!!! May the Lord God Almighty bless you and your family greatly in Jesus Holy Name....Amen.
