Hi Laura definitely please do continue with the videos on what you eat. This video helped me see that I (1) wasnt eating enough calories (2) struggle to eat multiple meals but one meal means I cant get my caloric intake in that one meal because I'm stuffed on the smallest amounts. I've always naturally fasted my entire life only eating one meal so fasting comes natural. I see now that I have to eat when my inner alarm comes on for hunger and eat what will hold me. I am an egg and bacon person so I think I'll try that on a smaller peace of ribeye. P.S that over easy egg on that steak looked divine. I cant wait to have one. Congrats on the 9lbs and happy successful weight loss and maintenance. Thank you for all you do

Thank you for sharing your carnivore journey!!! Today9/2/20 I will begin my own carnivore journey thanks to you and Dr. Berry! My goal is 100 to 110 lbs. After foot surgery and complications that followed, I put on this unhealthy amount of weight. Thank you again! Your success inspires and motivates!!! May the Lord God Almighty bless you and your family greatly in Jesus Holy Name....Amen.
