As someone with IBS-M (basically just means I have a bad stomach and struggle with using bathroom and all that) I can say this would make me insanely constipated. Bananas are known for they're constipation effects, and peanut butter is very good just don't go overboard on it. Personally If I wanna cut weight I can just take a laxative and that gets out like Minimum of 5 lbs. Just saying this as a warning, before copying this, MAKE SURE YOUR BODY CAN.

You could use almond butter or one of the other alternatives. If I was staying away from all those I'd probably stick with some raw nuts.

Bro, I have a catchweight mma fight coming up at 150 lbs and the weigh in is in two days... I have literally just stuck to salmon, avocado and chicken and no salt etc... My weight is good and I just need to cut 6-7 more lbs but I'm getting sick of the food. How safe is it to eat bananas and prosciutto two days before weigh in and how much can I eat, because I'm worried about the carbs and the salt...

U seem like a compassionate and rational person. You should look into the ethics of your diet and educate yourself about what goes on behind the industries that profit from the exploitation of animals. The amount of unnecessary violence farm animals have to endure for products we dont need is something people should be aware of. Hope you look into it, and fight for those animals who can't defend themselves.

@GabrielVargaOfficial3 жыл бұрын
That would be great. Except that you are undersized. I'm already undersized for featherweight. 145lbs weigh-in. Walk at 155lbs Most 145ers walk between 160-180lbs (the larger ones are in MMA). I wish we'd weigh in right before the fight. I'd walk and fight at 155lbs. That would be smarter and safer for athletes.
@mauricematla12153 жыл бұрын
@@GabrielVargaOfficial What dou mean by undersized ? I mean you normally weigh around 155 155 falls in some kind of category right ? You wanna be 145 too avoid competing against bigger guy's ? Or the one's you should actually compete with depending on how you look at it. I understand why the weight classes. But the drawback for me is that the system is open for "messing" with. In the way that we see competitors loosing unhealthy amounts too fit in a "unnatural" class. Supposed athlethes looking actually quite unhealthy though muscular clearly to skinny medicly speaking. I am a Judo guy get the need but i feel the sytems in use are not cutting it. We see somethimes examples that are just crazy. In my eyes.

@@mauricematla1215 you got no clue what youre talking about. A no- weight-cut-system would definitely benefit gabriel, as he said, he's already undersized for his weight class. Which you didnt even know what that means. Very common terminology within combt sports. But no weight cut systems are not implemented in the organization he fights in. If he didnt cut any weight he would be fighting people potentially 20-30 lbs heavier than he is. That is an absolutely stupendously huge weight differential.
