Jenners are good mechs. It’s fast and hits hard in classic. 4 medium lasers and a SRM 4. Also check the blind box for a Battletech Alpha Strike card, and MechWarrior card with neat pilot fluff.

I play Flames of War and it’s a great game. I’ve been interested in WWII stuff for quite awhile mainly because my grandfather was an Alpino, Italian special forces that operated in the alps. When Mussolini came into power his company disbanded and many of them fought with the partisans. He fought behind enemy lines for most of the war. His stories always enthralled me. He was a real life James Bond.

The Warlord Games sprue is female Zombies from Project Z. They have a great set of Biker Survivors as well. Nice mix of stuff.

My buddy works for GF9 and is SUPER excited for Clash of Steel. The “cyberpunk” dude was from Warmachine MARK IV. It’s black powder fantasy/steampunk, magik and steam driven robots…I used to love it and at one point they seemed ready to topple GW… That swag bag is DOPE.

It was fun this year to see what everyone got in their bags since it was somewhat random, but there weren’t 2 tiers of bags like previous years. I’m going to use the tank box to make a self contained Tanks For The Apocalypse set up 🤘🤘🤘🤘

I was invited to play D&D with one of my daughters (I'm 60, with 4 adult daughters), and they play with a flat TV screen and digital models! I was so disappointed, no real models!

Oh dang! Very cool the tech exists now for people who can't get minis/need to video in, though. Playing games online has really got me used to no miniatures, but I'm also super tactile and visual and always love seeing them. Playing D&D with your kids sounds like such a cool experience!

It's a premium badge level. You typically have to be online and registering the first day badges are available, if not in the first hour. This year they had 2,000 bags available for the estimated 8,000 plus attendees
