I love that the mac book isn't brand new. Because a lot of the time those big ticket items aren't always accessible to the 'average joe' when they are at full price. Obviously, you spend your money how you want, but people can't be unhappy that there is a big ticket item, it is second hand. Excellent job Mama & Papa (bet he was as surprised as the children will be 😉)

Thrifting should be fine with everyone--I know it isn't. It should be. I love that you did that and that you got those great shoes for about what I spent on a crappy Walmart pair for a family in need. [Seriously--I could NOT find his size anywhere!] I will remember Marketplace!
