What I Keep In My BJJ Gym Bag

Today I open my BJJ gym bag and show you what I take with me.

I pack a spare belt all of the time. It's come in handy for many other people; teammates who have forgotten their own belts, or for podium promotions at tournaments. In fact, my spare blue belt has been wrapped around 6 waists other than my own.
