This is one of the best knitting-related videos I've watched in a while. You did a wonderful job of sharing how to practically knit for babies. I need this information. I related with you on certain points and took mental notes on others. I haven't considered how a bonnet will stay on much better than a hat. Also, your point on onesies being difficult to undress and redress is helpful to hear again. I get so tempted seeing how cute onesie patterns are, but they're not as practical as a cardigan. It was so helpful to have this video before I plan my next baby knitting projects. With several friends expecting, this video was published just in time. I hope everything is going well with your lovely sweater design!

This was so incredibly helpful! I'm expecting a little girl this summer and have been struggling deciding what to knit for her in terms of practicality/comfort/etc and you answered so many of my questions :)

Thank you!!! This video was very helpful for this new grandma. I have been pondering what type of yarn is best for a new wee one (not too irritating) and her new mum (easy care)! Have my own sheep and handspun to spin/knit for the older years. I was just stumped (prefer natural fibers!) for the newborn-toddler time. This video is perfect. Thanks again! 🐑💗🐑
