Great video as always. I like the pure protein vanilla and strawberry shakes as well. Quest also makes a yummy vanilla shake. I'll have to check out the fudge Jordan's syrup because my walmart has been out of the salted carmel for awhile. I also love quest protein bars the best non chocolate ones I've tried from my local Walmart is the blueberry muffin, the birthday cake is pretty good as well (tastes like store bought vanilla frosting), my favorite lower chocolate ones are the white chocolate raspberry, chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies and cream.

Your sunglasses are SO pretty! (do you have a link?) Good for you for getting out there in the mornings for your walk. I remember you used to walk in the mornings back when you lived in your rental on the other side of town and I always loved coming along with you, virtually. You seem very high energy this week. How was the chicken burger? CUTE shoes! I love floral so much.

I’m so disappointed with my WW Fresno, CA. They have closed all the the meeting locations and now only have one. I live 50 minutes away and I drive once a month for my weigh in. Now they only have meetings two days a week and two meetings in those days in the mornings, 8 am and 9:30 am. This new plan they have now doesn’t work for me either. I’m lifetime and I can only manage to lose one pound and if I do eat my weeklies I’ll be right at goal weight or over. I have no wiggle room at all. I really don’t like WW anymore. I’m afraid to quit. I like the app and that’s about all I like about it.

You are lucky, here in central Florida it is already hot and muggy when I go out from 6-6:30 am. And we have several more months of this. Makes it hard, I feel so tired the rest of the day. Love your videos, I have tried many of your recipes 🌸
